Indian Remy - hair is cuticle correct and doesn’t tangle. It is processed hair and therefore we do not recommend you colour. This hair lasts approx 3/4 months. The darker the colour the longer it will last.

Indian Temple Remy - this hair comes from Indian Temples and is Virgin until processed to a specified shade, it is soft and often straight. It comes in Virgin shades of dark brown or black and sometimes a bit lighter. This hair can easily be turned into dead straight or curly with proper styling (always using thermal protection) and prices are higher than the standard Indian Remy Hair prices. The hair is reusable and can be coloured, this hair can last approx 10/12 months if cared for correctly as recommended by us.

Virgin Russian / Indian Hair / Malaysian / Brazilian - Virgin hair extensions are not chemically processed and these are the rarest form of extensions. It is the silkiest, purest and of course the most expensive. This hair is silky soft and often straight, wavy or naturally curly. It comes in natural colour black or mid to dark brown. The hair is reusable and can be coloured, if cared for correctly this hair can last years. The dark colours can be dyed to lighter shades, just as you would colour any hair. This is done professionally prior to fitting.

Q: I have T-Bar highlights can I still have extensions and colour to match?

A: Absolutely, the hair (excluding Indian Remy) can be blended to match and you can still get your T-Bar highlighted as the extensions don’t normally go up that high.

Saving Money Costs You Later

When you are shopping around for someone to do your hair extensions, it’s likely you are also looking for who can do it for you at the lowest price, but the truth is that sometimes saving money can end up costing you more! Heavily discounted hair extensions often come with ‘poor workmanship’, ‘poor quality’ and standard size bonds.

Q: Shouldn’t everyone be able to have the ‘standard size’ bonds?

A: Definitely not, everyone is different. If standard 1g bonds are fitted to someone with fine hair, the weight will pull out the natural hair. Smaller bonds should be used with possibly a combination of Micro Rings and Fusion to ensure a light weight, natural looking fitting.

We have seen some really dreadful hair extension fittings, where the bonds are too heavy for natural hair and natural hair has been pulled away from the scalp leaving bald patches, or very large fused bonds are fitted and taking large chunks of natural hair into the bond causing discomfort. To avoid problems you should use someone that is properly qualified to fit your hair extensions and fits according to your specific requirements.

We have corrected and fitted excellent quality human hair extensions that do not damage the natural hair in any way. We have fitted hair where clients have undergone chemotherapy and have been left with very fine hair. We have made them feel like normal again and hair feeling luscious again. Some may say that to be an expert hair extension technician you should also be a hairdresser but in our experience many hairdressers are not cutting extensions correctly. Extensions cannot be cut the same as natural hair. You may have gone into a Salon to get your Hair Extensions fitted and may have paid over the odds but the hair extensions did not last? This is because a lot of salons offer branded hair extensions but most of these brands do not offer virgin hair extensions. Therefore they do not last as long as our hair extensions.
